Information we collect
When you request training information, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, company or organization, role, training interests, location, preferred timeframe, and any details you choose to provide. When you subscribe to Field Notes, we collect your email address and any optional information you provide.
We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the website. Analytics may collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring source, and interactions with links. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, telephone numbers, or training-request details to Google Analytics.
How we use information
We use training-request information to understand your needs, respond to your inquiry, recommend suitable training, and maintain normal business records. Newsletter information is used only to send Field Notes and related FieldWise Training™ updates. A training inquiry does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Service providers
Training inquiries are processed through Tally. Newsletter subscriptions and email delivery are managed through MailerLite. Website-usage measurement is provided through Google Analytics. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security practices. We may also use standard website-hosting services to operate and protect this site.
Sharing and selling
FieldWise Training™ does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate the website, respond to requests, deliver subscribed communications, comply with law, or protect legitimate business and security interests.
Retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, normal business records, and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from Field Notes using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. You may also ask to review, correct, or delete personal information that FieldWise Training™ controls, subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements.
